Senior Change Implementation Coordinator - Activation IC

About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Coordinator -- Activation IC within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions.

In This Role, You Will

• Implement and support a variety of GPL products within the Fulfillment Platform and Vantage Portal
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of GPL products, features, and implementation processes
• Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact
• Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
• Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures
• Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
• Provide maintenance support for Lead IC teams
• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team
• Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Change Implementation support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

• 1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service and/or Implementation
• Previous implementation experience
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on risk mitigation and adherence to established procedures
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, think critically, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Pay

• Minneapolis, MN: $27.88 - $41.83 Hourly range
• Other locations above: $25.48 - $37.98 Hourly range
