Senior Change Agent

What You Will Do

• Carry out value stream analysis to evaluate current operations and outline a vision for future improvements.
• Review and update existing and new procedures and controls to identify inefficiencies and develop action plans.
• Lead Rapid Improvement Events or Just Do Its to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Train and coach staff members, particularly line leaders and office staff, on problem-solving behaviors and Lean methodologies.
• Support adherence to standard work practices by fostering engagement and collaboration among team members.
• Collaborate with the Value Stream Coach, Site Leader, Department Managers, and Supervisors to address issues during implementation and maintenance phases.
• Assume the duties of a Value Stream Coach when necessary.

What You Will Bring

• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging various audiences.
• A demonstrated ability to lead and motivate inclusive teams, influencing positive change.
• An associates or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
• At least three years of experience working in a Lean environment, including training, coaching, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
• Experience leading at least thirty successful Rapid Improvement Events using a structured process, with a track record of achieving significant improvements in operational and financial metrics.
• Knowledge of the Shingo model is beneficial.

Annual Base Salary Range: $75,700.00 - $135,834.99
