Senior Center Operations Manager - VA

About the role

Ally Behavior is a full‑time, center‑based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program serving children with autism ages 18 months to 6 years. The Senior Center Operations Manager (SCOM) for the Virginia Territory will support the mission of delivering high‑quality therapy that helps early learners communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as a Center Operations Manager (COM) with Ally Behavior.
• Ability and reliability to travel throughout the state of Virginia as needed.
• Submission of a cover letter is required; applications without one will not be considered.
• Position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
