About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Casualty Broker- CAC to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on shaping and executing casualty placement strategies for complex client programs while balancing market insight, risk analysis, and negotiation. The ideal candidate will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions, strengthen carrier relationships, and drive successful program outcomes. This is a senior-level broking position that requires a strong command of casualty markets, actuarial considerations, and collateral analysis. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and executing client-specific casualty program strategies
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address risk and insurance program inquiries
• Build and maintain market relationships for business placements
• Provide creative solutions for unique risk and insurance program challenges
• Stay informed about market conditions and capabilities to optimize submissions
• Prepare detailed submissions and procure additional information as required
• Negotiate policy terms, pricing, and other key contract elements

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Casualty Broker role
• State-specific license required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience broking complex casualty risks
• Solid understanding of actuarial loss projections and collateral analysis

Pay

$160,000 – $180,000 annually
