We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Department: Education & Social Policy - Salary/Grade: EXS/7 - Target hiring range: $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Offered salary determined by education, experience, etc. - Job Summary: description. - Specific Responsibilities: broken into subcategories: Administration, Technology, Advising/Counseling, Relationships, Marketing/pr/admissions/recruitment support, Programming/events/curriculum, Evaluation and compliance, Supervision, Miscellaneous. - Minimum Qualifications: bullet list of alternatives. - Preferred Qualifications: bullet list. - Benefits: description. - Work-Life And Wellness: description. - Professional Growth & Development: description. - EEO statement etc to remove. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe from Job Summary), Responsibilities (the specific responsibilities), Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe not explicit), Benefits (yes), Pay (yes, salary range), Schedule (not mentioned, so omit). Also maybe include "Work-Life And Wellness" and "Professional Growth & Development" could be part of Benefits? But they are separate sections; we could include them as separate sections if they have substantive content. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Work-Life and Professional Growth into Benefits? But they are distinct topics. However we could include them as separate sections if they have content. The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. They do have content. So we could include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (Minimum Qualifications), Preferred Qualifications (maybe as Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Work-Life & Wellness, Professional Growth & Development. That's many sections. Maybe we can combine Work-Life and Professional Growth into Benefits as subpoints? But they are separate headings in original. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exhaustive; we could add other headings if needed. However "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should aim for maybe 4-5 sections. We could structure: - About the role (Job Summary) - Responsibilities (list of duties) - Requirements (Minimum Qualifications) - Preferred Qualifications (maybe as Qualifications) - Benefits (including Benefits, Work-Life & Wellness, Professional Growth & Development) - Pay (salary range) That's 6 sections. We need to use

for each section heading. Inside each section, we need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

      for prose. Thus:

      About the role

      Job Summary ...

      Responsibilities

      • Administration: ...
      • ...
But we have many subcategories; we could flatten into list items each responsibility bullet. Could group subheadings inside li? Probably better to keep as list items with the responsibility description. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all responsibilities details. That is a lot. We need to capture each bullet from the posting. Let's extract responsibilities sections: Administration: - Contributes to and implements career-services related strategic plans of the division and individual master's programs. - Completes administrative activities such as assessment, operations planning, data management, and reporting. - Recommends changes and improvements to functional operations to better meet organizational needs and objectives. - Assists with management of career coaches. - Supports implementation of stakeholder (students, alumni, employers, faculty, staff) career-related services, policies, practices, and resources. - Assists in partnering with peer NU departments and institutions to share best practices, cutting-edge delivery of career services and resources. - Upon direction from the Director of Student Services and Advising and the Associate Director, researches best practices, peer institutions/programs, and market/economic conditions and recommends changes and enhancements to improve administrative effectiveness, services and/or resources. Programming/events/curriculum: - Provides events and strategies to: 1) help students gain exposure to specific roles or functions within their respective field of interest (career launchers, advancers, and changers); 2) guide students on professional development skills (career launchers); 3) provide tips for translating previous work experience to a new field (career changers); and 4) effective career management (all students). - Creates and updates career services related resources (e.g. job search guides, resumé and cover letter creation) for individual program websites and Canvas pages, programs, and advising sessions. - Provides career-services related announcements for departmental communications to students and alumni. - Manages planning and arrangement of career services programs, meetings, workshops, trainings, events, etc. to provide information, promote resources and to build internal and external relationships. - Manages - with support of department program assistant - event details including finances (expenditures and income), communication, venues, presenters, travel arrangements, materials, refreshments, and technology - that events are arranged and completed effectively. - Creates and serves as first reviewer of individual program assessments; makes recommendations for improvement. - On occasion, presents individual career-services lectures/programs to individual MS program classes. - Assists the Associate Director with recruitment, training, and assignment of faculty/instructors to teach career-services co-curricular programs. Supervision: - Day-to-Day/Projects of Career Services related work of Student Services Graduate Assistants (when such positions are filled). Miscellaneous: - Performs other duties as assigned. We need to include all these as list items. That's a lot but doable. Now Minimum Qualifications: It's a paragraph with alternatives. We need to preserve as list? It's not a list but we can put as

with the text. However instruction: Use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Minimum Qualifications is a set of alternatives; could be considered a list. We'll format as
        • each option. Preferred Qualifications: two bullet points. Benefits: paragraph describing benefits; we can keep as

. Work-Life And Wellness: paragraph. Professional Growth & Development: paragraph. Pay: salary range: we can put as

with the range. Now we need to exclude boilerplate: EEO statement, accommodation request, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove "Job Summary" heading? We'll not include heading for Job Summary; we will put content under About the role. We also need to not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Sr Career Advisor; we won't include. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft. First, About the role: combine Job Summary paragraph(s). The Job Summary includes two paragraphs: first about seeking Sr Career Advisor, second about works with Director etc. We'll combine into one

          . Responsibilities:

            with many
          • . We'll need to ensure each responsibility is a separate
          • . Might be long but okay. Requirements:
