Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one advising sessions to students and alumni.
• Develop and implement career development workshops and seminars.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance career readiness programs.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of career resources and databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in career counseling or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.

Skills

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
