Sales and Account Development
Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-Level executives.
Manage transactions for existing accounts.
Generate sales leads through cold calling and canvassing.
Network to identify potential new business opportunities.
Make sales presentations to prospective tenants.
Closing sales.
Manage overall client process and satisfaction for existing and new client relationships.

Education/Experience
- Must have Commercial Real Estate License in Illinois.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of sales experience or transaction management.
- Valid driver’s license.
