• Conduct industry, credit, and market research to support capital advisory recommendations
• Prepare pitch books, capital structure analyses, and investment committee materials
• Support due diligence, lender and investor outreach, and transaction documentation
• Cook up coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders including lenders, investors, and legal advisors
• Aid senior advisors with client presentations and strategic recommendations
