About the Opportunity

The Senior Business Systems Analyst role supports cross-portfolio operational activities by partnering with product managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders. This position drives project coordination, business analysis, and operational excellence, serving as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver tangible business value. It plays a key role in managing cross-functional delivery and leveraging AI tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Centralize and standardize business analysis support for multiple product teams and streams across the portfolio
• Translate high-level product roadmaps into actionable technical execution plans and coordinate multi-layered project activities
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including the proactive management of scope, operational timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Lead comprehensive requirements gathering initiatives and facilitate structured elicitation sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
• Analyze operational workflows to identify systemic inefficiencies and develop data-backed business cases for process improvements
• Architect and implement AI-enabled automation solutions and workflows in close partnership with technical development teams
• Build strong collaborative relationships across departments and translate complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences
• Develop high-impact leadership dashboards and leverage data analytics to uncover continuous process improvement opportunities
• Maintain meticulous process documentation and create polished training manuals, user guides, and executive-level presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a heavily quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 7+ years of progressive professional experience in business systems analysis, product operations, or technical project coordination within technology-driven, large enterprise environments
• Deep structural knowledge of Agile methodologies, scrum frameworks, and the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Advanced operational proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically including Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Proven hands-on experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, generative AI interfaces, and modern automation tools to optimize workflows
• Strong logical problem-solving abilities, exceptional organizational habits, and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The target annual compensation for this position is highly competitive and will be determined dynamically based on the final candidate's depth of enterprise systems analysis experience, Agile expertise, and technical skill qualifications.
