About the Opportunity:The SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST serves as the key liaison among business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners. This role translates complex business needs into functional and technical solutions, leads solution design discussions, and manages delivery across cross-functional teams. The position supports strategic programs and fosters operational improvements, contributing directly to the organization's ability to advance healthcare services and efficiency. Responsibilities:Act as primary liaison to align business and technical visionsGather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and system requirementsLead solution design and support projects from initiation to implementationCoordinate with developers, data teams, QA analysts, and business usersManage communication, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and system improvementsSupport production systems and drive operational enhancementsDevelop process flows, business requirements documents, user stories, and test plansFacilitate User Acceptance Testing and validate solution outcomesProvide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and team membersSupport strategic initiatives including cloud migration, analytics, and operational programsUtilize enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows and automate tasks Requirements:6+ years of experience in business systems analysis and technical solution design3+ years leading cross-functional projects and delivering solutions3+ years creating business requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and UAT plans2+ years providing technical guidance or mentorshipBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredExperience in healthcare domain and related platforms beneficialFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employmentComprehensive benefits package including 401(k) contributions, incentives, and recognition programs Benefits & Perks:401(k) Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
