Senior Business Systems Analyst

How you will make an impact

You will help manage and rationalize our company application portfolio, ensuring IT has a better understanding of the portfolio at large.

You'll have visibility into the technical vetting process for all incoming applications, helping us ensure that every addition to the Iterable portfolio is both purposeful and strategically sound.

You will work with business unit technology leaders to develop capability mapping that helps us understand how our technology portfolio can better support business operations.

You will support Iterable’s vendor renewal and new vendor processes by representing IT from initial vendor selection to contract approval.

• Expertise in vendor lifecycle governance, ensuring seamless onboarding and secure, decommissioning of applications.
• Proven ability to drive software rationalization and capability mapping efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving, growing environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in enterprise application portfolio management in a SaaS-heavy environment.

Skills

• Understanding of AI and automation principles and their application in business processes.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating business processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with vendor lifecycle governance and software rationalization.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position.
