Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional
About the role
The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications. You will work assignments involving moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will report to the Associate Director, Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Create and define systems and goals based on both user needs and an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
- Create processes to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, and operating time.
- Validate benefits achieved from solution implementation.
- Become involved in influencing department's strategy.
- Makes technical decisions on moderately complex to complex components.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
- 5+ years of Primary Care/Healthcare related experience.
- Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation.
- Demonstrated experience with process project requirements documentation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
- Will work Eastern Standard Time hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree.
- Prior experience with EMR solutions.
- Prior experience with Salesforce.
- Lean Six Sigma or SAFe experience or certification.
