About the role

This position is responsible for support, enhancement, and implementation of software applications used within the organization. The role oversees and directs intermediate-scale projects or components of large-scale projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and coordinating project resources. The incumbent will identify opportunities to leverage technologies that improve and enhance business practices by designing and implementing application/product enhancements.

Works as a liaison to customers and end-users, IT personnel, and software vendors to align technological functionality with operational processes. Assesses, researches, analyzes, and documents stakeholder needs, selecting appropriate information-gathering or modeling techniques to elicit requirements. Develops detailed test cases, executes them, and shares results with business and technical managers for approval. Collaborates with developers to solution and provide cost and time estimates for fixes and enhancements. Performs longer-term analysis and design of systems and hardware to maintain production environments. Synthesizes requirements and develops recommendations that best meet business objectives. Works on project teams developing or modifying complex information systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis and design of systems and hardware for production environments
  • Synthesize requirements and develop recommendations for business objectives

Requirements

  • 4 years of relevant experience (Required)
  • Experience in claims editing (Required)
  • Experience with pricing configuration for Commercial plans (Required)
  • Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS (Preferred)
  • Experience with pricing configuration in NetworX Pricer (Preferred)
  • Experience with NetworX Payment Bundling Administration (PBA), Optum Claims Edit System (CES), or Zelis (Preferred)
  • Experience with QNXT or Facets (QNXT preferred)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Business, Technical Education, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Technology (Required)
  • Candidates without a bachelor’s degree but with 6 or more years of relevant experience may be considered

Pay

Base pay range for full-time employment: $69,867 - $116,438. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
