Senior Business Solutions Analyst

About the role

CGI Federal is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to help clients implement technology solutions that align with business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and ensure successful implementation. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts and guide teams in defining solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and met.
• Develop functional specifications and manage project scope.
• Provide ongoing support during solution implementation.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts.

Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience working with cloud based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $172,400.00.
