About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will own full-cycle recruiting efforts with a strong focus on business hiring and candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define role needs, build effective job descriptions, and drive high-quality hiring outcomes. The position also requires creative sourcing, offer management, and data-driven recruiting operations that support inclusive growth across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including candidate negotiation and closing
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions
• Develop creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract high-quality candidates
• Oversee the offer process to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates
• Maintain the applicant tracking system for data integrity and transparent reporting
• Champion company culture and values while promoting inclusivity
• Help build a diverse team environment

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from a tech startup
• Resourceful and proactive in solving complex talent challenges
• Passionate about recruiting
• Organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong focus on candidate experience and employer branding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven with experience managing pipeline reporting

Pay

$108,000 – $148,500 annually
