In this hybrid role, you will report to our Head of Business & Operations Recruiting. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process—from sourcing through close—creating a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch experience for each and every candidate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform and evolve our hiring strategy.
• Utilize data and insights to influence hiring strategy—including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
• Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and tooling.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
• Experience with Greenhouse.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
• Operational rigor and comfort using data to guide decisions and measure impact.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global environment, collaborating with international teams.

Pay

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is $168,000—$207,000 USD. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
