The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, leading requirements analysis, solution validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure business objectives are delivered effectively and with high quality. This role drives continuous improvement, mitigates delivery risk, and ensures solutions meet customer, regulatory, and operational needs through strong analysis, testing, collaboration, and governance practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Experience partnering with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, building collaborative relationships and communicating complex information clearly, professionally, and effectively.

  • Experience translating business needs, challenges, and opportunities into clear, actionable requirements and documentation that enable architects, developers, and testers to deliver effective solutions.

  • Experience in a quality assurance function, preferably designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions (UI, API, integration, end-to-end, regression, and performance) for web applications, APIs, and distributed systems utilizing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and Postman, as well as AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies.

  • Experience collaborating with architects, developers, project managers, business analysts and quality assurance analysts to ensure delivery of a quality software application.

  • Experience managing quality assurance and testing processes.
