About the role

The Senior Business Process Consultant will lead the implementation and optimization of IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of asset management principles and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ITAM, HAM, and SAM processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for asset management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to asset management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, or Software Asset Management.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing asset management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and asset management software tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise-level asset management systems.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard asset management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
