Rhythm of the Business
- Enable the aligned TA leader to effectively run and inspect their business through structured operational cadences
- Run and write internal and external-facing WBRs, MBRs, and team meetings on behalf of the leader
- Track and report progress on goals set forth by the leader
- Manage headcount and budget on behalf of the leader
- Own org all-hands content, team communications, and strategic documents on behalf of the leader
- Embed deeply into the strategy and deliverables of the aligned TA leader's business
Analytics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all business-facing and internal-facing reports, dashboards, and data insights
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting to support WBR/MBR meetings and strategy documents
- Maintain expertise in all relevant Recruiting, Finance, and HR Analytics-owned dashboards
- Act as the primary liaison to analytics and provide last-mile analytics support for the aligned TA team
- Own and drive the analytics roadmap for the aligned TA organization
Project Management
- Lead and project manage initiatives on behalf of the leader
- Drive outcomes through influence, leading without authority and through others
- Own the work delegation process and track all in-flight projects across multiple owners
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
