What you'll do
- Facilitate Handoff's departmental planning process — driving submissions, tracking progress, and holding teams accountable
- Maintain and continuously improve company-wide dashboards, KPIs, and operational tooling
- Provide support on board decks, investor updates, and executive materials
- Build and maintain financial models; help prepare analysis for key business decisions
- Track departmental budgets and flag spend variances
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals
- Codify work norms and operating standards as the company scales
- Assist with prep and logistics for company all-hands meetings and recurring leadership syncs
- Assist with planning & execution of internal events and company off-sites
- 3–7 years of experience in business operations, consulting, finance, analytics, strategy, or startup operations
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable building models and analyzing data
- Excellent written communication skills
- High ownership and strong follow-through
- Able to work independently and solve ambiguous problems
- Comfortable moving between strategic and operational work
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
