At a Glance The Senior Business Operations Analyst is a crucial role within our organization, requiring work in various capacities and adaptation to different work arrangements based on the needs set by business. That's why we’re in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish. Office address: 250 Park Ave S, New York, NY 10003 (Union Square) What You’ll Do Provide business operations support and analysis across RVOH Media, helping drive key initiatives such as efficiency, revenue performance, and operational scalabilitySupport sales planning and forecasting by analyzing pipeline, bookings, revenue performance, and other key commercial metricsPartner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Sales Operations, to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvementBuild and maintain reporting, dashboards, and tools (Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, or similar) to track KPIs and operational performanceTranslate complex or ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, actionable insights, and clear recommendationsSupport process improvement projects, helping define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and recommend scalable solutionsHelp maintain data quality and operational rigor through standardization, documentation, and governancePresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership in a clear, actionable waySupport ad hoc analyses and projects as business needs evolve What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field2-5 years experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and operational strategy in driving operational excellence, preferably within the Media industryStrong proficiency in Excel and/or SQL, with the ability to build reports and tools that support decision-makingStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear insights and recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to varied audiences Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
