Senior Business Manager, Enterprise Services

About the role

Our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, is seeking a Senior Business Manager, Enterprise Services to shape growth and profitability for a business segment that operates at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. The role oversees P&L performance, guides pricing and product decisions, and partners across functions to improve credit outcomes. It includes leadership of analysts and collaboration with stakeholders on marketing, risk, and project delivery. Location: New York, NY (US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to support growth and profitability.
• Maintain P&L accountability for a business segment.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts.
• Create new product and pricing strategies.
• Lead direct‑to‑consumer marketing initiatives.
• Enhance credit performance through risk modeling.
• Oversee project execution and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in qualitative analysis.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Master’s degree in Business or a quantitative field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis (preferred).

Pay

Compensation: $219,000 – $249,900 annually.
