Senior Business Manager, Enterprise Services

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Senior Business Manager for Enterprise Services to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives and influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: McLean, VA – US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies driving growth and profitability
• Assume ownership and P&L accountability for a business segment
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, mentoring for talent retention
• Create and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing and strategic product development
• Enhance credit performance through rigorous analysis and risk modeling
• Coordinate business delivery and oversee multiple projects concurrently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3 years of quantitative analysis experience
• 3 years of qualitative analysis experience
• 1 year of people management experience
• 1 year of project management experience

Pay

$200,700 – $229,100 annually
