This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies for growth and profitability
- Coach and mentor associates to retain talent
- Create and implement new product and pricing strategies
- Lead marketing efforts and build insights for customer experiences
- Manage and sequence delivery of business intent
- Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
- Make decisions based on strong analytical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience
- 3+ years of qualitative analysis experience
- 1+ year of people management experience
- 1+ year of project management experience
- Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product development and financial modeling preferred

Pay
$219,000 – $249,900 annually
