Senior Business Manager

This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies for growth and profitability
• Coach and mentor associates to retain talent
• Create and implement new product and pricing strategies
• Lead marketing efforts and build insights for customer experiences
• Manage and sequence delivery of business intent
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
• Make decisions based on strong analytical skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience
• 3+ years of qualitative analysis experience
• 1+ year of people management experience
• 1+ year of project management experience
• Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product development and financial modeling preferred

Pay

$219,000 – $249,900 annually
