We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About three+one Education three+one® provides liquidity..." That's about company. Then "Role Summary". Then "Responsibilities". Then "Qualifications". Then "Additional Skills And Abilities". Then "Benefits Overview". Then "Pay Range". Also maybe "Schedule"? Not present. Travel expected up to 25% - that's schedule? Could be part of schedule but not explicit schedule. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include sections: About the company? Not required heading list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have "About three+one..." which is about company, not role. Could map to "About the role"? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those headings if content exists. We have Role Summary (could be About the role). We have Responsibilities. We have Qualifications (could be Requirements). We have Additional Skills And Abilities (Skills). We have Benefits Overview (Benefits). We have Pay Range (Pay). We have travel up to 25% maybe schedule? Not exactly schedule but could be considered schedule? Probably not; schedule refers to work schedule (full-time, part-time, shift). Not present. So we omit Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Job title is Senior Business Development Officer (Senior BDO). Not to be used as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Not present. We must remove boilerplate: Application Timeline, Security Notice, Equal Opportunity & Fair Chance Hiring, ADA Accommodation Statement, hashtag, etc. Also remove "Application Timeline", "Submission does not guarantee selection", etc. Also remove "Benefits offerings may vary by location and employment status." That's part of Benefits but maybe keep? It's generic but still part of benefits overview. Might keep but it's not boilerplate? It's generic but still part of benefits. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove Equal Opportunity & Fair Chance Hiring, ADA Accommodation Statement, Application Timeline, Security Notice, etc. Also remove "#threeplusone". Also remove "Benefits offerings may vary by location and employment status." Might be considered boilerplate? It's a generic disclaimer; but it's part of benefits overview. Might keep? Safer to keep benefits details but maybe drop that sentence as it's generic. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. That sentence is substantive? It's a disclaimer about variability; could be considered boilerplate. I'd drop it. Also need to remove duplicated lines: there is "The Pay Range For This Role Is 130,000 - 145,000 USD per year (Remote)" at end, also earlier "The base salary range for this role is $130,000–$145,000, plus performance-based commission...". We need to preserve all substantive info, not duplicate. We should combine? The instruction: do not repeat duplicated lines. So we should include salary info once. We'll include base salary range and mention performance-based commission and on-target earning potential significantly higher. Also mention remote. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list should be
    • . Qualifications maybe list? It's a paragraph with bullet-like items but not explicit list. Could treat as
      • for each qualification? The instruction: Use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Qualifications is a list of requirements; we can format as
          • . Similarly Additional Skills And Abilities as list. Benefits: we have list: Competitive salary and benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, SDBL), 401K Plan, Flexible PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays, Cell phone reimbursement. Could format as list. Pay: we have base salary range plus commission etc. Not a list; use

. Schedule: not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

            Pay

The base salary range for this role is $130,000–$145,000, plus performance-based commission, with on-target earning potential significantly higher based on individual sales performance. Travel is expected to be up to 25%. The role may be based in our Rochester, NY office or work remotely.

We must ensure not to duplicate salary info; we have it in About the role and Pay. To avoid duplication, we could place salary only in Pay section and remove from About the role. But About the role currently includes salary; we could keep it there and not repeat in Pay. However Pay section expects salary info; we could keep Pay brief: maybe just mention commission details? But we need to include Pay section only if posting has real, specific content for it. It does have base salary range etc. So we need Pay section. To avoid duplication, we could mention salary in Pay section and not repeat in About the role. But About the role currently includes salary; we could edit About the role to omit salary details, preserving other info. Let's do that: In About the role paragraph, remove salary and commission details, keep other info. Then Pay section includes salary, commission, travel, location. Thus About the role paragraph will not contain salary. Let's rewrite About the role paragraph without salary/commission/travel/location.
