Senior Business Development Manager – Investigative Solutions

Primary Objective

The primary objective of these roles is to drive new customer acquisition, create qualified pipeline opportunities, expand our presence within key investigative markets, and represent the company at industry conferences and events.

  • Repossession
  • Bail Bonds
  • Process Serving
  • Additional opportunities may exist within legal support services, law firms, compliance, risk management, fraud prevention, insurance investigations, and enterprise data markets.

Position Structure

  • Based in the Tallahassee, Florida area
  • Operate as hybrid roles
  • Initial onboarding and training period of approximately 30–90 days
  • Work closely with leadership and operational teams
  • Transition into a hybrid work environment
  • Travel required for industry conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and business development activities

Desired Candidate Qualifications

  • Five or more years of successful B2B sales or business development experience
  • Demonstrated success generating new business and achieving revenue goals
  • Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage opportunities from initial contact through close
  • Willingness to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and internal teams
  • Willingness to travel for conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings
