Senior Business Development Manager Home Health

About the role

We are looking for a proven healthcare sales professional with an established book of business and strong referral relationships in Palm Beach County.

Responsibilities

• Generate Medicare Home Health referrals and grow census.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, ALFs, rehab facilities, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Develop new accounts and strengthen existing referral partnerships.
• Conduct face-to-face sales and account development.

Qualifications

• Medicare Home Health sales/business development experience.
• Established Palm Beach County healthcare book of business.
• Proven ability to generate referrals and grow accounts.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
