Job Details Senior Business Development Manager - Houston, TX Position: Senior Business Development Manager Industry: Energy Location: Houston, TX Salary: 167-198K/year (DOE) Status: Full Time/Direct Hire Work Style: Hybrid Ref #: #33607 Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to support company growthIdentify and evaluate investment, acquisition, and partnership opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with developers, investors, utilities, and financial institutionsConduct financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis for investment decisionsLead commercial negotiations, due diligence, and transaction executionCollaborate with internal teams including Finance, Legal, Tax, Development, and OperationsPrepare investment recommendations and present findings to senior leadershipRepresent the company at industry events and strengthen business networks Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of experience in business development, M&A, project finance, investment management, or a related field within the energy industryStrong knowledge of U.S. power markets and energy industry trendsExperience evaluating and executing investment, acquisition, or partnership opportunitiesStrong financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of project finance, tax equity, and power purchase agreements (PPAs)MBA or advanced degree Register Resume
