What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging mid-market organizations.
- Own the sales process from initial outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business challenges.
- Position RE Partners' technology consulting and engineering services as solutions to client needs.
- Partner closely with our delivery and leadership teams to develop tailored client solutions.
- Grow existing client relationships by identifying expansion opportunities.
Required
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
- Experience selling software, SaaS, technology services, or IT consulting solutions.
- Experience selling to mid-market clients.
- Previous Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or business development experience.
- Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals.
- Negative attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling consulting or professional services.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 annually. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum salary the Company believes it would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
Schedule
This position is remote and eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, commissions, and/or benefits, as applicable.
