Senior Business Development Manager, Energy & Infrastructure Leading Global Law Firm | New York, NY (On-site) A top-ranked international law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth for its Energy & Infrastructure industry group in New York. This is a high-visibility role for a seasoned legal BD professional who wants to shape strategy for one of the firm’s most active and profitable practice areas. You’ll partner directly with industry leaders, practice group leaders, and BD colleagues across the firm’s offices. The group’s work spans M&A, project finance, and infrastructure and energy financings, for sponsors, lenders, and corporate clients. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to build deep expertise in the sector. What You’ll Do Build and execute BD and marketing strategy for the group, from prospect identification through pitch and proposalLead pitches, RFPs, and proposals, and keep the group’s marketing materials sharp and currentDevelop thought leadership and communications that position the group in the marketManage award and ranking submissions, sponsorships, and industry eventsSupport the integration and onboarding of lateral partnersPartner with business services teams (marketing, communications, digital, and client intelligence) to deliver integrated campaignsSupervise and develop a Business Development Coordinator What You Bring Law firm or professional services BD/marketing experience, ideally with exposure to energy, infrastructure, project finance, or related sectorsStrong writing, project management, and relationship-building skillsCredibility with senior partners and the ability to work independently across a global teamExperience managing or mentoring junior team membersBachelor’s degree What’s On Offer Salary range: $150,000-$200,000, depending on experienceA seat on a high-growth team with a marquee client base, including leading technology and AI companiesDirect partner access and real ownership of strategyComprehensive benefits Apply Now
