Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.
- Congduct client meetings and presentations to promote our services and value proposition.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Liaise with the restoration team to ensure client satisfaction and effective service delivery.
- Prepare reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build contacts and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for generating more business.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an outside sales representative.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven with a 'you eat what you bring in' mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred.
