Your role in our team
- You will drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, execution, and pipeline development
- You will serve as the primary customer contact, managing relationships and resolving issues in collaboration with internal teams
- You will lead proposal development, ensuring parcel system layouts and solutions align with customer requirements
- You will collaborate cross‑functionally with PMO, Engineering, B&P, and Service to deliver end‑to‑end parcel automation solutions
- You will identify new business opportunities through market research, industry insights, and customer engagement
- You will build and maintain long‑term customer roadmaps aligned with shared strategic and commercial goals
- You will maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reporting within required timelines
- You will act as a strategic liaison between customers and internal technical and commercial teams, managing risk and escalations as needed
Your profile
- You have 10+ years of experience in parcel automation business development, parcel systems sales engineering, or a related field
- You have deep knowledge of parcel sortation systems, parcel processing technologies, and package processing facility operations
- You have proven experience managing customer accounts and driving strategic growth initiatives
- You have the ability to independently originate, develop, and close complex opportunities from concept through award
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- You have excellent interpersonal, negotiation, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
- You have the ability to oversee, review, or develop parcel automation system layouts and solution designs
Education and experience qualifications
- You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields
- You have advanced proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and experience managing forecasts and pipeline reporting
- Knowledge of automation technologies and their application in material handling equipment
- You have a self‑motivated, well‑connected mindset with the ability to contribute strategically to company growth in the U.S. market
