Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and customer relationships through the Public and MUSH customer verticals
  • Possess the ability to prospect new business, open doors, create relationships and guide prospects through long sale cycles, competitive bidding and RFPs
  • Attend meetings, trade shows, networking events to build brand recognition and create meaningful client networks to develop relationships

Requirements

  • 5 years selling turnkey energy services and / or design build solutions
  • Understanding of ESPC, guaranteed energy savings or financial vehicles used to finance facility upgrades or new construction projects
  • Experience working to and achieving a yearly sales quota
  • Understanding of building infrastructure, systems and technologies that impact facilities energy
  • Proven ability to negotiate with customers and present to C-Suite, Board Room, Owners and Facility members who are combined decision makers in the buying process
