Responsibilities
- Identify and Prospect New Business Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to target potential clients across various industries, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, to introduce microgrid solutions and generate leads
- Conduct Consultative Sales Presentations: Engage with prospective clients to understand their energy needs and challenges, present tailored microgrid solutions, and effectively communicate the benefits of energy independence, reliability, and sustainability
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and closing, while ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals
- Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensure customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation and post-sales phases
Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in energy, renewable energy, or technology-based industries, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Technical Knowledge of Microgrids and Energy Systems: A solid understanding of microgrid technologies, energy storage, and renewable energy solutions, or the ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts to clients effectively
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships, present complex solutions clearly, and negotiate contracts effectively
- Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: A proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and take initiative to close deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
