Must-Haves 5 to 7+ years of business development, strategic account management, or consultative B2B salesProven success building a territory and new customer base, not just servicing inbound ordersExperience selling complex, high-value solutions such as capital equipment, rentals, industrial products, or technical servicesComfort selling to multiple stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makersStrong business and financial acumen, including communicating ROICRM experience for pipeline and forecastingWillingness to travel about 50% in a field-based sales role What You’ll Do Spend about 80% of your time on new business development across Greater BostonBuild pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, events, and field activityUncover customer needs around timing, infrastructure, and temperature controlDesign consultative solutions using refrigerated storage rentals, sales, and clean roomsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and implementationGrow a small base of existing accountsPartner with operations and engineering to deliver workable solutionsKeep CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline accurateRepresent the company at customer meetings and industry events Nice-to-Haves Cold chain, refrigeration, clean-room, pharma, biomedical, or food industry experienceBachelor’s degree Compensation And Benefits $95,000 to $105,000 base salarySales incentive and commission opportunity About The Company Our client is a growing provider of specialized temperature-controlled storage and clean-room solutions serving life sciences, food, engineering, and other industries.
