About the role

The Senior Business Central Client Success Consultant will provide ongoing consulting, technical support, and strategic guidance to clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Dynamics 365 Business Central functional and technical services to post-implementation clients using Business Central SaaS.
  • Triage, monitor, prioritize, and resolve client support tickets while coordinating with functional and technical specialists when needed.
  • Analyze client business processes, identify improvement opportunities, gather requirements, and design solutions through Business Central configuration, marketplace applications, and extensions.
  • Manage project work plans, track progress, meet deadlines, and ensure projects remain aligned with scope, budget, and client expectations.
  • Support change management activities by communicating updates, requirements, and impacts related to system enhancements.
  • Create detailed documentation, knowledge articles, and training resources to strengthen client enablement and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct onboarding assessments for new clients and provide recommendations to improve their Business Central environment.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates, emerging technologies, and ecosystem developments to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Support account management activities by identifying client needs, escalating opportunities, and contributing insights for future services.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives such as webinars, newsletters, blogs, and other educational content.

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting experience, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while building trusted client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting experience within a professional services environment, or equivalent private industry experience with consulting exposure preferred.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS implementations, configurations, and support.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and translating requirements into effective ERP solutions.
  • Knowledge of Business Central development processes, including extensions and technical concepts such as PTEs.
  • Familiarity with Business Central ecosystem partners, ISV solutions, and marketplace applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests, shifting priorities, and time-sensitive projects effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate directly with clients and internal teams.
  • Interest in pursuing Microsoft Business Central certifications.
  • Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
