About the role

This is an on-site role located in Dallas, TX. Team collaboration and in-person engagement are key, so the position requires a Monday–Friday in-office schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire relationship with assigned clients, including implementation, training, adoption, and retention.
  • Independently drive engagement and produce results for our clients.
  • Establish relationships as a trusted advisor and serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, while identifying areas of opportunity and highlighting best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention, and growth.
  • Become an industry expert, advising clients on current trends and best practice objectives.
  • Generate additional revenue opportunities for our sales team to continue to expand our client base.
  • Occasionally visit our clients to help implement our solutions in their workflow.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree
  • Have a previous internship or relevant work experience managing customers or a portfolio of business
  • Demonstrate leadership within their organizations and communities
  • Excel in a team-oriented environment
  • Show flexibility and innovative thinking
  • Show eagerness to develop and enhance strong communication and analytical skills
  • Possess a competitive nature and drive to tackle new challenges

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
