Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, roadmap, and sprint planning activities.
- Persist with business, technology, UX, and QA teams to drive successful delivery.
- Serve as the primary client-facing representative for the program, ensuring stakeholder alignment and delivery quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, banker productivity, and sales effectiveness.
- Define business KPIs, track outcomes, and support UAT and release activities.
- Collaborate with Data & AI teams to enable analytics, automation, and AI-driven capabilities where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or related role.
- Strong expertise in requirements management, process analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading business discussions independently.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Domain Experience
- Required: Banking and Financial Services experience, preferably in:
- - Consumer Banking
- - Business Banking
- - Customer Acquisition
- - Sales Productivity / Sales Excellence
- Preferred: Credit Card products
- - Merchant Payment Solutions
- - CRM and Sales Enablement platforms
- Nice to Have: Experience working on Data, Analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- - Knowledge of personalization, customer engagement, and recommendation platforms.
- - Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, CBAP) are a plus.
