Senior Business Analyst (Milwaukee, WI)

Responsibilities

• Analyze specific business areas and define how technology solutions can drive business outcomes.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts within Agile teams to deliver solutions.
• Provide deep expertise in at least one business domain and serve as a subject matter authority.
• Assess and document current-state processes across multiple business areas and domains.
• Perform future-state and gap analysis to identify solution opportunities and business improvements.
• Lead requirements gathering for medium to large initiatives across multiple business domains.
• Author user stories and features with medium to high complexity.
• Serve as a subject matter expert throughout the development lifecycle.
• Cookordination and facilitate business test planning and test execution.
• Author and review test plans and ensure business sign-off on testing activities.
• Lead projects independently and provide mentorship to other business analysts when needed.
• Apply project management skills to drive delivery, execution, and continuous progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-5 years of business analysis experience.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Strong independent ownership and accountability.
• Strong project leadership and execution skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Deep familiarity with Agile and Scrum development environments.
• Ability to analyze complex problems using multiple information sources and recommend solutions.
• Strong communication skills with ability to serve as a key information resource and decision support partner.
• Advanced gap assessment skills.
• Advanced requirements gathering experience.
• Advanced test planning experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Analytics.
• Intermediate proficiency with Jira.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL.
• Intermediate experience with process mapping, product demonstrations, user research, and wireframing.
• Basic understanding of business cases, continuous improvement, and storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications related to business analysis or Agile methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with process improvement and Lean methodologies.
• Strategic and executive-level thinking.
• Strong technology acumen.
