Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs that enhance communication and leadership skills
- Assist members in preparing and delivering speeches and presentations
- Facilitate meetings and provide constructive feedback to members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of club activities
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for public speaking and leadership development
- Experience in a similar role or equivalent education/experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a leadership or management role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
