Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, systems, and workflows.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights through the design and development of dashboards and reports using Cognos and Tableau.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of related experience.
- General insurance industry knowledge, preferably Workers' Compensation insurance.
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Experience with Cognos, Tableau, and Snowflake.
- Experience using AI platforms and tools (CoPilot preferred).

Pay
$116,150.00 - $157,550.00
Schedule
This position will be in our Woodland Hills, California office and will work on a hybrid schedule with 2 days working in the office and 3 days from home. Remote candidates on the west coast in the Pacific time zone may also be considered. If remote, candidates must travel occasionally to the Woodland Hills office.
