Senior Business Analyst - Corporate Finance - FT - Days - MHS
Responsibilities
- Special projects as needed.
- Troubleshoot and test report results as necessary.
- Develops training materials and trains end users to operate new or modified programs or processes.
- Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
- Identifies and prioritizes technical and functional requirements, creates detailed business analysis reports and outlines business problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Led and participates in discussions to analyze, challenge, and improve business processes within the department.

- Complexity of Work: Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills to communicate with all levels of management and team members. Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products and effectively communicate the information to management and staff. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment under minimal supervision.
Experience
- Three (3) years of experience working in Finance/Accounting or in Information Technology, supporting the business.
