Senior Business Analyst

About the role

A Senior Business Analyst is required to lead complex business process improvement initiatives, analyze business needs, develop solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and design of new business processes and systems
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather requirements
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement solutions
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates
• Document findings and present recommendations to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Experience with business process modeling tools such as BPMN
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative development
