Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work in the capital markets domain. Candidates should be young, bright, highly-motivated and possess strong fundamental knowledge in investment banking, capital markets, and FX. They should also have excellent communication and documentation skills, a clear understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), a long-term commitment to the company, comfort with deadlines, and the ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge in investment banking, capital markets, and FX
• Experience in User Interaction, Requirement Elicitation/Gathering and functional specs preparation
• Experience with Financials Analysis process
• Experience with Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods
• Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases
• Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions
• Experience on SQL
• Ability to work with customers and cross-location teams to establish and maintain consistent delivery
• Knowledge of RDBMS concepts, XML would be a plus

Requirements

• Highly qualified MSc graduates from respected universities in relevant faculties
• More than one year of experience as a Senior Business Analyst

• Experience in Functional Analysis and Specification Creation
