Senior Business Analyst
About the role
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience documenting current-state processes, designing data-driven future states, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, support Agile/PI planning, and translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
Responsibilities
- Document and analyze current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Define future-state solutions using data analysis and external research.
- Partner with stakeholders during Agile ceremonies and PI planning.
- Decompose epics into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Track and report on KPIs, insights, and business outcomes.
- Support cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Required: Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong background in process documentation, requirements gathering, and user story development.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking.
- PREFERRED: Experience with Jira, Snowflake, and Tableau.

Pay
The base salary for this position is $78,500 to $83,073 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
Schedule
This position is for an existing, immediate vacancy. We are currently seeking to fill this role with an individual who can start as soon as possible.
Physical & Mental Requirements
The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position. Work is generally sedentary in nature.
