Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define business needs, and facilitate requirements.
• Analyze processes and support strategic planning to deliver enterprise-wide solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and recommendations.
• Assess and improve business processes.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional discussions.
• Support AI, Generative AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required: AI strategy, governance, or implementation initiatives, Data governance, data management, reporting, analytics, or modernization efforts, Enterprise technology implementations or modernization programs, Microsoft ecosystem experience (M365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, Foundry, etc.), Large enterprise or public-sector environments
• Preferred: 5+ Business Analyst experience on technology-focused initiatives, Strong ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication, Experience working with technical teams, product owners, project managers, architects, and business stakeholders, Experience supporting Agile and/or Scrum delivery teams
