Senior Business Advisor, Payments Optimization

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for system optimization efforts related to payments
• Establish comprehensive documentation of PEP+ business processes and workflows
• Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository across organizations
• Ensure alignment of business requirements with technical implementation
• Support issue resolution, testing, and process optimization activities
• Reduce dependency on technical SMEs for business analysis functions
• Communicate with Credit One's Product Owner and facilitate cross-stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of PEP+ payment processing systems
• Experience documenting business processes and requirements
• Strong understanding of ACH processing and payments operations
• Experience supporting large-scale system optimization initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to navigate Finxact and understand integration touchpoints

Pay

$111,000 – $188,400 annually
