Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B relationship management or business banking experience (senior-level candidates bring deeper portfolio ownership and complexity)
• Strong banking and financial services acumen, especially with business clients
• Prioritize and execute independently
• Advanced communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
• Strategic, self-directed mindset
• Experience with fintech tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual client engagement

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead the full sales lifecycle, including complex and high-value opportunities
• Manage and grow a large, diverse portfolio of business relationships
• Serve as a senior advisor on business banking and treasury management strategies
• Identify and execute on relationship expansion opportunities across existing clients
• Navigate complex client needs and customized solutions with a high level of autonomy
• Conduct strategic business reviews and deliver insights that strengthen partnerships
• Partner cross-functionally to influence outcomes and enhance member experience
• Represent and model MACU’s values and relationship-first culture
