Business Strategy Senior Advisor
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph describing the role: "Acting independently this position provides executive and management level advisory and consulting services..." That's about the role. So we can have About the role
with a
containing that description. - Responsibilities: The list under "What you’ll be responsible for:" includes many bullet-like sentences. We'll put them in
- .
- Requirements: "What you’ll need to have:" includes Bachelor’s degree or additional 8 years of credit union experience; Minimum of 15 years of credit union experience; Must be able to travel up to 25%. That's requirements.
- Qualifications: Could be "What would be nice for you to have:" maybe considered qualifications or skills. The spec includes Qualifications and Skills sections. We could put the nice-to-have items under Qualifications or Skills. Since they are "nice to have", could be Qualifications. We'll decide: Qualifications: list of nice-to-have items.
- Skills: Could be maybe we don't have explicit skills separate; but we could put some skill items under Skills if appropriate. However we should only create sections when posting has real specific content. The nice-to-have list includes many items that could be considered skills: communication, relationship skills, implement best practices, lead initiatives, deadline oriented, etc. Could split: Qualifications (certifications, experience) and Skills (abilities). But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine them into one section: Qualifications (including nice-to-have). Or we could have both Qualifications and Skills if we can split meaningfully.
Let's examine the nice-to-have list:
- PMP certification or equivalent certification.
- Broad and extensive knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Brings a demonstrated track record of success in strategy and execution at major financial institutions.
- Outstanding communication and relationship skills.
- Experienced in and able to implement best practices in financial services technology including the technology itself as well as organizational design, talent management and business process management.
- Superior ability to lead major transformative initiatives and programs that are large in scope, highly visible and enterprise wide.
- Deadline and outcome oriented as well as demonstrated flexibility to adjust to client demands as necessary to fulfill commitments.
These are a mix of certifications, knowledge, experience, skills, abilities. Could be placed under Qualifications (certifications, experience) and Skills (abilities). But we need to avoid creating sections with little content. If we split, each would have several items.
We could do:
Qualifications
with list: PMP certification, broad knowledge, track record.Skills
with list: communication skills, implement best practices, lead initiatives, deadline oriented, flexibility. That seems reasonable. Now Benefits, Pay, Schedule: The posting does not mention specific benefits, pay, or schedule beyond remote location and travel up to 25% (which is a requirement). There's a mention of "outstanding benefit programs" in the Why Jack Henry section but not specific. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does mention "outstanding benefit programs" but not specifics. It's vague; we should not create a Benefits section because no specific benefits are listed. Similarly no pay or schedule specifics. So we omit those sections. We also need to include location/radius info maybe as a shortunder About the role or separate? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Location radius is minor metadata; we can include in a short
after About the role. Also the remote position and candidate must live within approx 70-mile radius of office locations list. That's location requirement; we can include in About the role paragraph or separate
. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the list of office locations (Allen, TX; Birmingham; AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Monett, MO; or Springfield, MO). Must keep that. Also the statement about onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement. Also the "What you’ll be responsible for:" list items: we need to keep each sentence as a
- . Ensure we don't lose any.
Also the "What you’ll need to have:" list items: Bachelor’s degree or an additional 8 years of credit union experience.; Minimum of 15 years of credit union experience.; Must be able to travel up to 25%.
Also the "What would be nice for you to have:" list items.
Also the motivational text after that: "If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity..." That's not a section heading; we could include as a
maybe under a generic section? But we should not create a heading without real content. Could just include as a
after the Qualifications/Skills sections before Why Jack Henry? Or we could incorporate into About the role? Probably better to have a
after the sections as a general motivational note. Then "Why Jack Henry?" heading: we have content about motto, culture, commitment, etc. That's substantive. So we can have
Why Jack Henry?
withcontaining those paragraphs. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes an Equal Employment Opportunity section at the end; we must remove that. Also the "Requests for full corporate job description may be requested through the interview process at any time." That's boilerplate; remove. Also the "Visit our Corporate Responsibility site to learn more about our culture and commitment..." maybe keep as part of Why Jack Henry? It's about culture; we can keep. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO. We removed that. Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't duplicate. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The introductory paragraph about company mission etc at start: "At Jack Henry, we’re more than a technology company..." That's not included. Did we lose that? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. The opening paragraph about mission etc is substantive. Should we include it? It could be part of About the role or a separate section like "About the company". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put the company mission paragraph under About the role as well, preceding the role description. That would preserve it. So we should incorporate that into the About the role. Let's adjust. Thus About the role <
