We’re looking for a dynamic, driven Senior Broker who is eager to lead, inspire, and grow within a fast-paced, exciting environment. As a Senior Broker with us, you’ll have the opportunity to shape business development, foster relationships, and drive the success of both your team and clients.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Business Growth & Client Success
- Unleash your networking skills and secure exciting new business opportunities
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients while identifying ways to serve them even better
- Be a trusted advisor, delivering valuable market insights and helping clients make informed decisions
- Collaborate with other divisions to identify cross-sell opportunities and expand our offerings
- Lead Transactions with Precision
- Own the process by gathering and coordinating all materials necessary for seamless transactions
- Craft proposals, term sheets, and amendments that get deals over the finish line
- Ensure all transactions are in perfect alignment with company policies and industry regulations
- Champion Sales Strategy & Team Development
- Help shape the future of our brokerage division by supporting the Market Leader in defining strategy and goals
- Lead by example, setting the tone for excellence and innovation in everything we do
- Guide, mentor, and develop talent—fostering a collaborative and high-performing team
- Play an active role in recruiting top-tier professionals to join our ranks and elevate our team to new heights
What You Bring to the Table
- A bachelor’s degree and a Real Estate license (Your ticket to success!)
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage (You know the ropes and are ready to lead the way!)
- Stellar interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills (You know how to connect, persuade, and make smart decisions!)
- A deep understanding of market trends, financial analysis, and contract law (You’ve got the knowledge to navigate the market like a pro!)
- Proficiency in CRM tools, market analytics software, and MS Office Suite (Tech-savvy and ready to work smarter!)
